DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites

This is by far the best place to stay at in Kuala Terengganu (and I have been in KT multiple times at multiple other hotels). Everything in the hotel is brand-new and very clean. I stayed in a family plus room that had a wall separating the two connected parts of the room. I really love the fact that they give two separate room cards. Two bathrooms, two ACs, two TVs, two everything in one room (amazing). The place has a Surau and has even a view deck from which you can see the Drawbridge. As for the people who work here, these are some of the most kind, well organised, and professional workers I have ever witnessed at a hotel.

The clean, cosy and well-maintained rooms and facilities, the majestic view of the famous Jambatan Angkat and Terengganu coastline and the helpful staff. The hotel is close to many eateries and a mere 7 min-drive to Pasar Payang and the modern malls. The hotel staff took the extra effort to check with us our expected time of arrival, and informed us that our room would be ready if we needed to check in half an hour earlier. And they kept their promise! We were more than happy to be given a room on the highest floor, with a lovely view. Plus our room.was right next to the tastefully done viewing deck, so that was indeed a bonus. We got to see fireworks every night which were held across from Jambatan Angkat.

I recently stay at Citi Plaza Hotel Terengganu, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Since the hotel is new, everything feels fresh and modern. The facilities are excellent, making my stay very comfortable. One of the first things I noticed when I entered was how good the hotel smells—it creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile and ready to assist with anything. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a super comfy bed that made me sleep like a baby. I also loved the thoughtful little touches, like the well-equipped amenities and the peaceful ambiance. Overall, my stay at Citi Plaza Hotel Terengganu was truly enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-managed hotel in Terengganu, I highly recommend this place! Would definitely stay here again.

Instant coffe provided for breakfast. Hotel near to the iconic Drawbridge and several key attractions like Pasar Payang. The location was fantastic. Easily access nearby landmarks. The view from my room can see the Drawbridge. Satisfied parking - luckily, there still parking spaces even leaving and entering the hotel

Location is so near to pasar payang. The room is new since it is a new hotel, they provide free flow drink at the lobby until 7pm. The room itself is clean and have a comfy bed. We like the mini bar in between our room. The aircond is super cool and quiet.
